Such a great and simple idea for Halloween party poster!
I must point out the importance of playing around with Adjustments > Levels for the best results on your photos. You need pretty good amount of shadows to get that rough and grainy effect. Also, don’t be shy in using a lot of different paint and spray-paint brushes.
